What's the difference between PCA and CFSS?
Minnesota transitioned from Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services to Community First Services and Supports (CFSS). While the program name changed, many of the supports families rely on remain familiar.
Do you help coordinate caregivers?
Yes. As an Agency Model provider, we help coordinate caregivers, schedules, communication, and ongoing support so families have a team behind them every step of the way.
